Withdrawal must be received by the 20th of the previous month in order to be officially withdrawn.

Ex. If withdrawing for the month of September, the notice must be received by August 20th.
Notices received after the 20th will result in a charge for the upcoming month and will push back the withdrawal date to the following month.
I understand that my child's spot in that class is no longer held once I withdraw. Students may attend special activities without being enrolled in a class and may return to the class program at any time. Registration fees are good for one year from the date of payment.
